The proper fit of your tuxedo is important to us. Using the measurements we take, your tuxedo is ordered to be within your size range. Tuxedos are not custom-made, and the only tailoring is to adjust the pant and sleeve length. If we or the tuxedo company make a mistake in ordering your tuxedo, a replacement will be made at no extra charge provided that none of the following has taken place: - You have lost or gained weight since your measurements were taken and have not been re-measured. - You gave us the wrong dress shoe size. - You were measured somewhere other than our store and the tuxedo doesn't fit. - You want to wear your tuxedo differently than normal custom for formal attire (i.e. pants low on the hips) and have not made that clear at the time of measuring. - You came in after 4:00 p.m. on Thursday preceding the event to try on. - You left our store without trying on the tux, or you had someone else pick up your tuxedo and you did not try it on before the stated deadline. If any of the preceding has taken place, a $25.00 fee will be assessed for any replacement pieces needed. A minimum of 50% is required at time measurements are submitted to order tuxedo. Orders will not be placed for tuxedo until minimum amount has been paid. A service charge of fifty percent 50% of the total rental will be charged if the above items are cancelled prior to use. If cancellation is not done 10 days prior to the event, total amount is due. A $5.00 waiver is added to each rental insuring against minor damage. Minor damage is any damage that is repairable. Unrepairable items and/or lost merchandise must be paid at the time of the return; charges to be governed by replacement costs. Your charge card on file and your signature below authorizes us to charge the above without further approval. Tuxedos are to be returned to Royal Bridal & Tuxedo the First business day following the event. If not returned on time, a $20.00 per day late charge will be incurred. Late fees must be paid in full at the time of tuxedo return or merchandise will not be accepted and late fees will continue to accrue. If not returned, a police report will be filed and criminal actions will be taken. All sales are final. All deposits/monies are forfeited should event be canceled, postponed, or you do not to participate in the event. It is your responsibility to ensure that the tuxedo is properly maintained once it leaves our property. Royal Bridal & Tuxedo will not be held responsible for condition or performance once removed from our property.
